Wednesday, September 5, 2018 - Rhone Admissions (Vaucluse): First time with this wine and what a treat. I didn't realize it was possible to get so much acidity into a viognier. This is light and elegant and fresh. Lots of honeysuckle. Paired quite nicely with a crab and caviar dish. A nice kick-off to the night.
