Tuesday, February 15, 2022 - Medium yellow color, immediate nose of lemon and minerals improving over the next hour, intense lemon, stone fruit and refreshing acidity on palate, very clean and focused, long finish. The wine has aged nicely in our cellar since purchase from Rhys upon release. Served with broiled Alaskan lingcod.
