Monday, August 28, 2023 - A great NZ Chardonnay that I think punches above it’s weight. I was pleasantly surprised by the depth of aromas and complexity, as well as balance in the wine. Highly recommend buying and opening it now.

Colour: intense gold.
Acids: high.
Body: medium.
Finish: long.

Aromas: crispy rice cracker, white flowers, tropical fruits (perhaps dragon fruit), pear, and minerality.

Outstanding!
