2010 Cardinale

Community Tasting Note

Likes this wine:

Saturday, January 12, 2019 - Winorama: A winter in Wineland III; 1/4/2019-1/13/2019 (Portland/Willamette, Eureka, Napa): This wine is starting to settle down some and come into its own. As opposed to the prior note I'd say it's still fairly young and for me too early to be drinking (but I like my wines on the older side - often 20+ years is a sweet spot for well-made Napa cabs). Still, can see the maturity as well. The fruit more balanced with some floral notes. There's a certain prettiness here. I enjoyed it quite a lot. Probably my wine of the tasting although I was very intrigued by the '11 as well.

6/2/2020 5:36:00 PM - I wouldn’t be drinking it yet. If you really want to maybe 2-3? I suspect though it will get better and better and you prob won’t quite get peak, but hard to know.
