  A lineup of great wines, this had the smooth, powerful presence of a great napa cabernet. Plenty of blackberry and current flavors, with cedar shaving and mocha aromas.

  I liked the counterbalancing herbaceousness, taking it out of the realm of overdone Napa Cabs. Still quite tannic, which I enjoyed with the front end flavors.

  Dark garnet colored, full bodied, intense, powerful and rich layers of dark red and black fruits with notes of mocha, cinnamon, cassis, earthy cedar and tobacco with hints of tar and graphite on a firm grippijng tannin laced lingering finish.

  This wine is beautifully assembled and integrated. It’s napa through and through, so if you’re looking for austerity this isn’t it. Big bold fruit with nice round tannins that are multilayered; one doesn’t even sense the difference between oak and fruit tannins at this point.
