Thursday, February 22, 2024 - Fully mature now with gentle notes of blood starting to make its appearance amid the graphite and remaining fruit. If you miss this in the next 2 years, I think you will need to wait a long time before it comes back around in a more savory way. Restrained and sturdy, this is a great M/T/W wine. DRINK
