This bottle had been opened the day before, but was so acidic and austere that I let it sit overnight. Well, the wait was worth it, and confirmed my suspicion that the wine has all the right elements; it just needs time. Showed the next day as sweet, good fruit, supple, balanced, aromatic. Give it 3 years.
