Monday, July 16, 2012 - Nose - pencil shavings, dried meat, black cherry and ripe strawberry notes, grew in complexity.
Palate - ripe berry, some meatiness, integrated acid, good acid tannin balance, developed in elegance a few hours after opening.
Delicious wine!
