Friday, July 15, 2016 - Sauvignon Blanc on oak, named Fume Blanc by Robert Mondavi. The oak adds a buttery feeling and a smooth round mouth feel. Still fresh and nice acidity. Fourth bottle from the case, remember the previous bottles as slightly better. Questioning the aging potential of this wine.
