  Last of a case. This is better not too cold. Limited notes of Gouda cheese on the nose and front end, as one would expect with a Fume. Palate cleansing and very little length to it. Still bright with citrus fruit acidity. Acceptable and certainly impressive that it has cellared this well. Really a daily wine and good as an aperitif.

  Sauvignon Blanc on oak, named Fume Blanc by Robert Mondavi. The oak adds a buttery feeling and a smooth round mouth feel. Still fresh and nice acidity. Fourth bottle from the case, remember the previous bottles as slightly better. Questioning the aging potential of this wine.
