Friday, October 11, 2019 - I thought I'd like it more as I have other Teroldego's from this producer. It was at it's best right on the pour. Once it spent more than a few minutes in the glass the forest floor and dustiness was primary and muted my enjoyment. Maybe that's what it's going for and I just don't have enough experience with the varietal to say it was faulty, but it wasn't to my taste. It showed a little better against some gorgonzola so maybe it's just finding the right robust dish for it.
