Thursday, January 27, 2022 - M&PD Dinner at Vendemmia. Drank this with a 1993 Meo-Camuzet Richebourg and 1996 Dugat Griotte-Chambertin, and imo it was the WOTN. It was just epic, starting with a nose that penetrated the sinuses. Beautiful balance. Fruit, tobacco, blood, salt.
