Friday, April 21, 2023 - Peter's 1983 extravaganza (67 Pall Mall): Smoke and meat on the nose, and quite soft, plummy and red-fruited on the palate. A juicy, soft finish with some slight greenness. Others were of the view that this wine was shut-down and incredibly youthful, and needs to loosen up with more time in bottle, but I'm not sure if that's on the cards or it's just not that interesting.
