Sunday, March 17, 2024 - Ruby with some bricking on the rim. Red cherry and the oak is still present on the nose and palate- basically, a little dried out. Struggled with this wine over many years of working my way through the 6 bottles I had and, for me, it’s never been quite right for a Brunello di Montalcino. Last bottle and good riddance!
