Saturday, October 29, 2022 - Lots of dried herbs, dill and sous bois in the nose. Super fine tannins, velvety texture and amazing balance on the palate. Layers of subdued black fruit couple with smokey earthy notes. Definitely mature and ready now, will probably not improve.
