Tuesday, September 12, 2017 - Texas Wine School Italian Wine Scholar. Clear pale yellow, with small bubbles but a slightly subdued mousse. The nose is clean, medium to medium (+) in intensity, with aromas of white peach, apple, pear. The palate is dry, with medium (+) acidity, medium alcohol and stony minerality on the palate-cleansing finish. Very nicely balanced.
