Texas Wine School Italian Wine Scholar. Clear pale yellow, with small bubbles but a slightly subdued mousse. The nose is clean, medium to medium (+) in intensity, with aromas of white peach, apple, pear. The palate is dry, with medium (+) acidity, medium alcohol and stony minerality on the palate-cleansing finish. Very nicely balanced.

Color of a sun-bleached beach sand with a slightly green hue. Quite balanced nose with delicate floral aromas, some apple fruit and a hint of ripe pear. Quite fresh on the palate with moderate acidity and semi-dry flavors of delicate florals, very ripe red apple, some pear lemonade and a hint of honey. Soft and short-lived mousse. Quite crisp but pretty short and rather neutral finish with light flavors of aromatic herbs, some apple and a hint of pear lemonade.
A rather simple and unpretentious sparkling wine, but priced according to its quality at 10€. Decent balance and good freshness if you want a simple, sparkling sipper, but that's about it. Somewhat better than a majority of Proseccos out there, but that's not much.

Surprisingly sharp on the tongue, great flavors, really dry. Every thing about the wine was perfect.

Late May 2008: few, very tiny bubbles; flowers, especially violets, exotic fruits like pineapple in the nose; smooth, almost lush on the palate.
