Thursday, December 17, 2015 - During a Confrerie des Chevaliers du Tastevin dinner. Golden yellow. Nose of quince, flowers, ripe, nuts, with vanilla and oak. Enters the palate unctuous and mature, still good acidity but the power of 2003 is clearly visible. Slight oxidative touch, drink up.
