Tuesday, February 23, 2021 - First time trying a Ramonet montrachet. Opened an hour before serving. Colour was so bright and light. Lighter than even the 2011 laguiche Montrachet. On the nose, was floral and tropical fruits. The finish was long. Still not at its peak. Plenty of potential to age further. Beautiful wine.
