Friday, March 18, 2022 - Popped and poured. Restrained nose of cut grass and pomelo. The wine is very pure and restrained. Still not showing much age, this has grapefruit, tropical fruit and minerals showing through. This may be holding something back still but it’s not quite firing on all cylinders.
