This high altitude Chardonnay proved to be much better with 2 years more of bottle age. Smoother, richer, and more complex and delicious. Delightfully aromatic, mouth coating, long and soothing. Tasted right beside a 2015 Verget Chablis with sharp acidity made the Schwiger seem sweeter, softer, and lower in acidity, though still very enjoyable.
