Thursday, April 11, 2013 - Now we are talking wine with a big "W". This a supreme and also sublime offering from super producer. The nose offers deep profound almost primary fruit. There is no better way to describe it than I did in my hand-written notes: "This is a SUPER NOSE!!!". I will refrain from putting more labels on it. The palate follows through nicely and adds to the overall experience. It is powerful with perfect integration but also shows a little bit of elegance. This is not a huge wine. Nothing is over the top or too much, but it certainly is powerful. A magnificent experience deserving a full round of applause. (score is 96-97)
