Monday, May 11, 2015 - Clear lemon yellow of medium intensity. The nose is clean of medium intensity and developing aromas of green olives, dill, lime zest, spices, minerality and MLF. The wine is dry with medium (-) acidity and all other elements medium. It's a good wine, but not really a true representative of the Chardonnay grape. It is not multi-layered, but still has a good balance of all its elements. Drink now or in the next 1-2 years.
