Thursday, January 17, 2019 - Vibrant aromatics, focused on florals and citrus, with a touch of salty ocean. On the palate the fruit is bracing but not tart. A firm streak of acidity runs through the wine from start to finish. Pure guesswork on my part about sweetness, but it comes across as mid-range of trocken, as opposed to austerely dry. Excellent palate depth gives way to a long, citrusy finish. This is excellent, and drinking very well now, with ages to go for enjoyable drinking.
