Sunday, May 23, 2021 - PNP. Cork perfect. Color straw. Nose shows white fruits and some herbaceousness. Swishing shows serious density here, with both RS and acid. Cold this seems more sweet than cellar temp. Still, finish goes and goes and is dominated by pineapple and a touch of citrus. This is serious and well balanced and I think will resolve nicely. Given youthfulness will wait 10+ to try last bottle.
