Tuesday, October 19, 2021 - For my taste, the 95 MDT is still too young. It has all the Raveneau character with strong underlying mineral-driven palate, accompanied by citrus and stone fruit. It develops more richness in the glass, but still more Chablis than aged Raveneau in the evolution. The good thing is that it is an ex-chateau release from few years ago, which explains the youthfulness of the wine. Needs a lot more time to be stunned by it. Lots of potential but tonight is only 92 for me.
