For my taste, the 95 MDT is still too young. It has all the Raveneau character with strong underlying mineral-driven palate, accompanied by citrus and stone fruit. It develops more richness in the glass, but still more Chablis than aged Raveneau in the evolution. The good thing is that it is an ex-chateau release from few years ago, which explains the youthfulness of the wine. Needs a lot more time to be stunned by it. Lots of potential but tonight is only 92 for me.

Nose was clean with lemon zest, wet rocks, and ocean breeze. After a half hour or so, the nose became more bruised apple with lots of citrus on the palate with well integrated acidity. Great Mtd that could age a few more years, but in an excellent place right now.

Fresh, clean nose, light yellow color. Initially presents a very crisp, engaging fruit profile of lime and citrus. Hints of chalk and mineral elements were also quitenpresent. After 30 mins of air this rounded out and settled into a balanced, elegant mature MdT with nice texture and finish. A pleasure to drink

Really quite fresh with a lovely nose of seawater and oyster shells. Crisp and lean with lively acids and subtle balancing fruit with flavors of lime and minerals. This has that "water over rocks" feel that I love in very mineral-driven whites and there is a nice subtle complexity on the finish with limestone notes. Clean and fine but I had hoped the wine would be a little more expressive on the finish.

from magnum: This started out oxidized, flat, thin and acidic - ugly... but it improved with some time and air, and became better but not good as the fruit was compromised.

Classic Chablis with pure mineral flavors. Oyster shells and saline with no residual fruit or sweetness

The sexiest Raveneau, I ever had! Decanted for two hours with great success.

Very good, but a little heavy and too much butterscotch to really be a crisp and clean Chablis.
