Monday, May 16, 2022 - You have to love the herbal complexity on this in the form of sage and honeyed green tea with a lemon/lime essences that shows a gentle leesy/yeasty softness. Tons of white floral notes mixed with soft, pliant flavors on the I palate. Gentle acidity that slips in and prevents any sense of heaviness. A terrific wine of purity and dimension! This still drinks almost too easily still and i would be ashame because it opens out like a spring flower with air time! Grand Vin, indeed.
