Monday, July 20, 2020 - Blind, lemony, mineral zesty white reminds of Chablis which it was. Not much on the nose, quite tight, good freshness. 24 hours later, chalk, crushed stones, yellow apples and peaches, completely opened up. It’s growing on me. Will easily hold a decade. Wait a few more years before popping corks.
