Sunday, March 22, 2015 - It's been 6 months since the last bottle. Similar to the last bottle in terms of nose (which is always lovely). The palette on this is in a better place. Everything seems more integrated. Traditionally I've found the Wallace gets good after 3 years of the vintage date. By early 2016, it'll be even better. Overall another tasty bottle. Better than 2006, on par with 2004. 2012 is indeed a great vintage for the Aussies. You can taste it all over this one. Refined and balanced and not a fruit bomb at all. 91-92 for me.
