Thursday, November 28, 2019 - Opened to serve with Thanksgiving dinner. Aromatically presents d’Anjou pear, lemon zest and citrus fruits, butterscotch, and a faint petrol. On the palate this leaned a little flabby given the youth of this wine, and I was hoping for more acidity given the meal diversity. On the palate this does have good sweetness and concentration, presenting lemon zest, pear, quince, and a bit of stony minerality.
