Sunday, January 22, 2023 - Not sure about the tasting notes before this. When I bought these, they were the greenest 2004 red burgs I had ever tasted. I saved 1 bottle for a Marechale vertical, which took place yesterday, all vintages from 2004-2019 and a '76 and '85 from Faiveley along with '10 and '15 whites. While the greenness did decrease significantly with time, it was still present and was actually not the worst aspect. This wine was thin, a bit acidic, disjointed and not pleasant fruit. Overall, among the worst 2 of the vertical. Sorry, Freddy.
