Thursday, July 11, 2019 - Light red in color. 13% ABV. Pristine nose of red fruits, damp forest floor and flowers. Medium body with strong acidity. No noticeable green flavors often associated with the '04 vintage. Strawberry, cherry, rhubarb, spice and soil on the palate. Nice length on the finish. Elegant, regal Burgundy that is showing well at fifteen years of age. I have several bottles left that I will track over the next 3-5 years.
