Saturday, May 29, 2021 - Bottle breathe for 1.5 hours (without pouring out any juice). Obvious nose with red fruit and some flowers. The palate is medium weight with fruit, iron and a bit earthy. More complexity offered by waiting for another 30-40 min with tea, mineral and rust. Medium finishing.
