Thursday, January 4, 2024 - This was a very pleasant, polished Barolo. Very nice on pop 'n pour, but best on day 3. No rush to drink these, but I'm not sure how much more improvement can be expected with continued aging. I wonder if the polished style of this wine has clipped some aspects of aroma and flavor from reaching more complexity and intensity? I think so, but still very enjoyable.
