Monday, January 16, 2017 - This Latour was so awesome! Served as blind and bottle breathed for half an hour. Elegant nose with good complexity, some wet paper nose at the beginning though. The body was perfectly balanced with great structure and complexity. Tannins were resolved. Typical top mature Pauillac palate overwhelmed with massive ripe fruits, smoke, green bell pepper, tobacco and mushroom. It was so elegant and silky, made me had a thought of guessing Chateau Margaux.
