This No.2 express more the elegance of Yarra Yerring than the Underhill Shiraz and the No.1. The nose is so impressive. Aromatic with cassis, blueburries, heavy cream, liquorice and hints of greenness. Palate is relatively simplier than the nose. Medium-full body with velvety tannin, nice but not overwhelmed acidity as the backbone. Drinking beautifully at present.

My second time to have it after 1.5 years. Served as blind with 3 hours bottle breathed beforehand. Dark ruby in color. Showing massive cassis, some graphite and spices on nose. Medium-Full body, good structure and concentration with intensive black fruits like cassis and black cherries. Good balance. It has started into drinking window.

This Latour was so awesome! Served as blind and bottle breathed for half an hour. Elegant nose with good complexity, some wet paper nose at the beginning though. The body was perfectly balanced with great structure and complexity. Tannins were resolved. Typical top mature Pauillac palate overwhelmed with massive ripe fruits, smoke, green bell pepper, tobacco and mushroom. It was so elegant and silky, made me had a thought of guessing Chateau Margaux.
