Community Tasting Note

Sunday, October 15, 2023 - If you still have this in your cellar, consider drinking it sooner than later. The community drink dates (as of October 15, 2023) says 2008-2026. I'm calling an upper at 2024.

Do I like it? YES!

Flavors of dark plumb, and blackberries. We wee hint of licorice. Paired beautifully with a filet + compound butter.

My cork broke off about 1/5th from the bottom - yes, I did drive the screw all the way home - so I was forced to decant it through a strainer.

While decanting, the aromas were AMAZING. The "I can't wait to taste this" kind of amazing aromas.

Bond has been a favorite for years, and it continues to impress me.
