Community Tasting Note

Yapdiver Does not like this wine:

Friday, May 9, 2014 - The wine looks crimson colored. The legs are medium. There is no sediment in the bottle. It smells like banana, leather, gooseberry and the ski boot room in Courchevel. It tastes like blueberry and only blueberry. The body is medium. The wine has coarse texture. The wine finishes medium. The wine has low acidity.

This must be the biggest disappointment so far in my "wine" life. How the producers could release this wine under an anniversary flag goes beyond me, but it goes to show Mondavi wineries have lost touch with their customers. I'll give away the remaining bottle to someone I don't like.
