Wednesday, December 29, 2021 - Fantastic. So wonderful to drink a high end CDP, and to have as a reference. Well balanced and likely has more years in the tank based on still-firm tannins. Dark cherry, thyme, white peppercorn. Lush. Long finish that becomes thicker and sweeter. Wish I had more bottles.
