Wednesday, November 8, 2023 - Despite saying I'd leave these, I opened another for Mrs H's birthday. Steely, linear, mineral as before, with delicate lemon, lime and yuzu.
Some traces of kerosene, but little tertiary development. A wine with considerable (but subtle) power and intensity. Years still in the tank.
