Saturday, March 18, 2017 - I messed up the food pairing for this wine. I was trying to pair it to one of our guest's palate- not the food on her plate- it was her birthday. Ah well. It was still vibrant delicious stuff. This time, all about acidity and raw under ripe pineapple (in a good way). Love the wine.
