PnP this wine, and the color shows a medium straw hue.
The nose shows fresh hay, gooseberry, minerality, with a dollop of lemon and honey.
The palate echoes the nose, showing tension and verve into the bright and layered finish.
Drink this beauty now through 2022 or so...
