Tuesday, January 22, 2019 - Tasted from a magnum. A much more profound nose and rounder structure vs Pierre Gimmonet Les Fleurons tasted alongside. Clearly see the underlying Grand Cru material and difference. Round palate with some muscles too but never over. Keep evolving and drink very well over the dinner. Very enjoyable. No hurry still have plenty of life ahead. 16+/20
