Saturday, December 7, 2013 - Very yeasty on the nose. On the palate: toast, baked apple, slight tropical fruit, spice, lots of caramel. Moderately full body and medium, creamy mousse. Really pleasant and versatile. This is my go-to bargain for NV champagne.
