Wednesday, January 23, 2008 - last time i had this, i was impressed by the clean ctrus and slightly jellied notes. the dry finish with chalk and citrus flesh was a bonus. these notes remain, but i'm noticing a slight bitterness in the mid palate, and a thinness that i don't recall. hence the lowered score.
