Thursday, October 8, 2015 - Opened to celebrate the safe return, the completion of few projects, and the beginning of a long weekend. Pretty consistent with previous notes from 2014. Dry(maybe not as dry as I recalled but still considered dry for me...) , bright gold color. Nice bubbles, nice balance of the minerals on the tasting. Somewhat developed over the course of the dinner (drank over about 3 hours). At around ~45 a bottle, a good QPR.
Last bottle in the inventory. It would be nice to have more but I will not go the extra mile to restock.
