Wednesday, July 15, 2020 - Bottle 1496/1938- Not the most aromatic Leroy but the nose still exihibited sweet currant, date and wilted flowers. The palate was youthful and deep with wild red and dark fruit. While Leroy’s style sometimes dominate the terroir, this bottle really showed the CDLR terroir. Very fine and it should continue to age.
