Saturday, October 7, 2023 - October 2023 Loire Dinner (Mathilde - SF): This had an incredibly silky texture and elegance paired with power and density (and a lifted jolt of refreshing energy on the finish). Sleek, complex, and ravishing. But, I feel, a Cab Franc for Bordeaux lovers rather than Loire lovers, who may prefer a slightly crunchier texture.
