Tuesday, January 28, 2014 - This goes down a treat. No decant necessary; it's open for business right from the start. The nose has some northern Rhone meatiness and some smoke. Silky smooth tannins, good acidity, fresh cherry, blood, bacon fat, and some peppery spice. Excellent value at $19.95.
